Lan Bai, founding director of the Daur Ewenki Orunchun Research Base in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, adjunct professor at Liaocheng University. Her research interests focus on the ethnology and anthropology. Her publications include 7 monographs, for example, Research on the Oroqen Culture(co-edited with Song Yi, Jianjun Tu, 2007), as well as several articles and reports. She has designed the Oroqen Museum (opened in 1991 and rebuilt in 2013) and other museums in Inner Mongolia. She has also engineered documentaries for CCTV and Inner Mongolia TV station, some of which won good awards, like The Last Mountain God and The God of Deer. Furthermore, she has presided over multiple projects and participated several domestic and foreign academic seminars .
