Richard Fraser,Visiting Associate professor in the Arctic Studies Center. He received PhD from Cultural Anthropology & Development Sociology, Leiden University in 2018.His current position is the Associate Professor of Collaborative Innovation Centre for Security and Development of Western Frontier, Sichuan University, and the Research Associate of  Mongolia and Inner Asia Studies Unit, Department of Social Anthropology Cambridge University, UK. His regional specialisation include China’s minorities, Mongolia,Siberia. His expertise covers Phenomenological & existential anthropology, Human-environment relations, Climate Change, Renewable & Non-renewable energy Pastoralism, Hunting & Human-Animal Relations, Ethnic minorities & the State, Shamanism & Animism,etc. He is the Refereeing of Inner Asia Journal (Brill, Cambridge).He has published 2 academic monographs, 7 academic papers, carried out 7 research projects.
