About Us

     Zhiqiang SONG holds a Ph.D. in Library Science from the Nankai University, China. He is a section chief of Foreign Experts in the International Programs Office and teaches as a lecturer at Arctic Studies Center at Liaocheng University, previously a librarian at Liaocheng University. He has published and presented more than 10 scholarly works, and his current research focuses on digital humanities, information literacy, and information anxiety.
