Yanfei Li, Director of Research Institute of Northern European Language and Education, Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor. She received her doctor degree in language and culture. She has got published 1 translated book Northern Ethnographic Landscapes, and over 20 papers, including the paper Minority Policies of the Russian Far East and Siberia in the Post—Soviet Era.
