The 2nd Jeonju International Biennale of Korean Studies
On November 6, 2018, Associate Professor Oleg Pakhomov of the Center, on behalf of the Arctic Studies Center of Liaocheng University, participated in the 2nd Jeonju International Biennial of Korean Studies at Chonbuk University in South Korea, and made a presentation with the topic "The Cooperation between Russia and Korea in the North Pole: Risks and Limitations".
