The Second Arctic Studies Forum Was Held on LCU Campus
The Second Arctic Studies Forum of ASC was held on LCU campus on March 16th, 2019. Dr. Wang Zhaofeng, a Vice President of LCU attended the opening of the forum and delivered a welcome speech.
The theme of the forum is “Studies of Chinese Near-Arctic Peoples.” Around 20 speakers from Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Yunnan and South Korea participated in the forum.
Dr. Liu Xiaochun (Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences), Bai Lan (Inner Mongolia Academy of Social Sciences), Dr. Qi Jinyu (Minzu University of China), Tang Ge (Heilongjiang University), Dr. He Qun (Inner Mongolia Normal University), and Dr. Lin Hang (Hangzhou Normal University) were appointed as Affiliate Professors in ASC at LCU.
