Professor Qu Feng Attended the NPARC 2023 Meeting
August 28-29, 2023, the meeting of the North Pacific Arctic Research Community (NPARC 2023) was hosted by the Arctic Research Center of Hokkaido University in Japan. Professor Qu Feng, head of the Arctic Studies Center in Liaocheng University, P.R. China, attended the meeting and presented a report entitled “Traditional Ecological Knowledge in the Arctic Context”, emphasizing the importance of integrating traditional ecological knowledge of Arctic indigenous peoples with scientific knowledge in Arctic governance.
