Edil Baysarov visited ASC
On September 28, 2023, Edil Baysarov, Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, visited Arctic Studies Center (ASC). Edil Baysarov made a friendly conversation with Professor Qu Feng, dean of the ASC, and then he left behind a precious piece of writing:
“I was very happy to visit the Center for Arctic Studies of Liaocheng University. China plays an important role in preserving peace and ensuring prosperity of the whole humankind. Thanks to this center PRC will be even better positioned to do so and become irreplaceable.”
